MEMFix is a series of community events designed to rethink and activate streets and vacant storefronts, and test drive new neighborhoods in Memphis. The purpose is to provide neighborhoods with a tool to demonstrate the “art of the possible” by temporarily transforming one to two city blocks into a vibrant, people friendly neighborhood commercial corridor.
