The original developer of the Mid-Continent Building wanted to explore ways to renovate the 1973 office building without sacrificing the original exterior steel structure. The response is a zinc panel and glass envelope that harnesses structural depth to provide shading and a dynamic new face for the seven floors of upgraded Class B office space.
